Sebelina and her sister Poesy were adopted by the founder and helped to create the sanctuary. The two sisters had been adopted as kittens by a woman from a rescue organization. Two years later, when the owner’s boyfriend demanded that she choose between him or the kitties, Poesy and Sebelina found themselves dumped after hours outside of the same rescue organization. Fortunately, our founder walked into the rescue the next day and it was love at first sight.
Initially very frightened and shy, Sebelina has blossomed into a happy, loving bundle of orange floof with the most magnificent tail we have ever seen! Sebby’s favorite thing is to be pet and cuddled while she eats her breakfast. Every morning, she yells at the food bowl until we oblige. We are rewarded with her contented purring as she revels in the affection.
