Poesy is Queen of The Lily Pond! She and her sister Sebelina were adopted by the founder and helped to create the sanctuary. The two sisters had been adopted as kittens by a woman from a rescue organization. Two years later, when the owner’s boyfriend demanded that she choose between him or the kitties, Poesy and Sebelina found themselves dumped outside of the same rescue organization after hours. Fortunately, our founder walked into the rescue the next day and it was love at first sight.
